An extremely agile, small vessel for reconnaissance missions or to get from A to B in a hurry. It is not suitable for combat operations, however, due to its small module slots.

Characteristics

The Wasp is the second-weakest ship in the game, and the only other ship besides Betty to have only 1 Primary and 1 Secondary weapon. For only about 3,500 credits more, the Wasp has better armor, cargo hold, and handling stats than Betty. It's not a combat ship, but it can perform tight manuvers.

Trivia

• The Wasp has one of the best handling in the game, just behind the Dace. (162)
• It may be inspired from the F-302 fighters from the Stargate franchise.
