Characteristics

This is the weakest of all the Nivelian ships, but also the cheapest. It is one of the game's starter ships, and offers an alternative to the Hiro for players who want to have 2 Secondary weapons early on in the game. The ship is about 5,000 credits cheaper than the Hiro, but has 25 less armor points and 12 less Cargo points. All other stats are equal. 

Trivia

• It looks like an owl if you count the cockpit being the head and the deltas wings!
• The deltas also look like crab claws.
• In HD, the Night Owl have a third missile pod on the dorsal cockpit, whilest in SD, the similar region is occupied by an intake
• It is a Starter Ship.
• It closely resembles the TIE interceptor from Star Wars.
