Ever since he wasted his first million credits even faster than he earned it, everyone in the galaxy was well aware of the fact that the bon-vivant weapons billionaire Merson Surr had a weak spot for fast ships, beautiful women and bacchanal parties. Until quite recently, however, hardly anyone knew that he was also the organizer of several illegal speeder races on Himo, which no one but the winner survived.
