In-Game Description

As a response to the increasing number of pirate attacks, a new type of weapon was developed that is especially well-suited to eliminate smaller groups of opponents while also presenting an inexpensive alternative to bombs. The projectiles have an approach sensor that ignites an explosive charge of plasma when activated.
