In-Game Description[]
Thanks to improved barrel cooling, this tuning module increases the firing rate of all installed primary weapons. However, the high energy expenditure leads to a reduction in the weapons damage effectiveness.
Notes[]
The Nirai Overdrive increases the fire rate of a weapon, but decreases the damage per shot. It is best used on a ship which has weapons which fire quickly, but do little damage. Examples are the Blaster weapons and the Auto-Cannon weapons, but is not recommended for Continuous Laser weapons.
