Trivia

• The Vol Noor's design is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the typical flying saucer. The Greys look like basic alien conceptions, so the whole race might be a spin-off of basic aliens.
  • Khador's extensive knowledge of Terrans is also a reference to conspiracy theories that Aliens are monotoring earth and anything on it.
• It is the only Grey ship.
• In Galaxy on Fire 3D it has markings on the port side.
• In Galaxy on Fire 3D, it has the highest armor.
• It is one of five Galaxy on Fire 3D ships that are included in Galaxy on Fire 2.
• The Vol Noor was added to Galaxy on Fire 2 at the same time as the Valkyrie expansion pack.
• In GoF2, The Vol Noor can be found in the Nesla system.
• In GoF2, Instead of using Vol Noors, Grey wingmen use pirate ships.
  • One Most wanted criminal, Kehnor, pilots this ship. He is the only NPC that does so.
• The GoF2 version of the Vol Noor lacks the high armor value it once had in GoF3D, possibly suggesting that the model shown in GoF2 is stripped of its Grey components, or that armor techology has risen dramatically during the time between GoF3D and GoF2.
